PRE-ORDER FOR 2025 ** Policy on mountain quail eggs **
Mountain Quail and their eggs are sensitive to nearly everything in their environment, including shipping. While we don’t begin filling orders until fertility is confirmed to be over 90%, there is no way to confirm the fertility of every egg that leaves the farm, nor can we guarantee that they will not be impacted during shipping process. We set test batches weekly to confirm fertility. We do not ship eggs over 3 days old. We will not ship any egg that is overly soiled and will not wash eggs, to make sure the protective qualities are intact.. We will make every effort to produce and ship viable fertile eggs as we know they are expensive. We will ship 1 - 2 extra eggs per order to account for any damages during transit. If there are more damages than what you paid for, please provide pictures as proof within 24 hours of you receiving them (INCLUDING photos of the box, label, and damage to the box). Each situation of refund or replacement is determined on a case by case basis. Due to conditions outside of our control we do not offer refunds or replacements for any claims of infertile eggs regardless of the buyers equipment or experience level. We cannot control the conditions during shipping, pick up, setting, incubating, or hatching, and these risks are all assumed by the buyer. All egg orders are sent in high quality foam egg shippers. Please be sure to read our egg disclaimer and "before you order" pages to help with any questions. Large orders may need to ship in multiple shipments, which may require additional shipping charges to be calculated.
